What happens after the beta
- Will posting and matching stay free?
- Yes. Finding a swap partner is the whole point of the app, and charging for it would make the marketplace smaller for everyone. If we ever add paid extras, they'll be extras.
- Does RosterBuddy take a cut of incentives?
- No. An incentive goes from one crew member to the other by bank transfer (PayNow for Singapore), in full. We don't hold the money and charge nothing for it. If we ever offer to handle payments for you, any fee would be shown before you agree the terms.
- Will I be charged without knowing?
- No. There is no card on file and nothing to auto-renew. Any paid plan would be opt-in, announced at least 30 days ahead, and described plainly on this page before it exists.
